2): Water: Get in the drink.
Like plants, humans need H2O. But H2O does more than merely ensure our survival. 6): Eat five servings of fruits and vegetables daily.

7): Seek the help of a counselor
If you are the type that engages in a lot of emotional eating, you will not be able to shed off your excess fat very easily. If you are this type of person, you must strongly consider talking to a qualified counselor to help you find practical ways that you can use to handle your emotions.
