I Want To Lose Weight Now and Ever

God how many times have we all said that. Even people who I think are skinny say it too. We have an absolute obsession when it comes to weight in the world. It is all because of the easy lifestyle that we as humans started creating for yourself after the industrial revolution. With cars, refrigerators, fast food restaurants, computers, television and the internet. We practically do not have to get out of bed to have a very productive work day now. So we have become a race of slugs. By no longer having to get up and do things for ourselves, we got fat.


So unfortunately we paid a heavy price for our life of ease. However, it can be fixed, and rather fast I might add. Some of us have been packing on the pounds for years. However, did you know you can lose as much as hundred pounds in less then twelve months by simple working out for about 2 hours per day. So if it took you ten years to gain forty pounds you can lose it in as little as 5 months. That is barley one American football season. Pretty cool, right? So do not get discouraged if you are saying I want to lose weight, but do not have the time, or know how.

First of all, if your are eating fast food and pizza, and drinking a lot of alcohol and soda, just stop right now. The only thing you need to drink is water. So that is covered. Now food wise, learn to start preparing your own meals. Stick with mainly healthy things, salads with vinegar and oil for dressing. For your meat, try any kind of fish and grilled or broiled chicken.

Try to remember to eat foods with less then 9 grams of fat in it. Also if your not too big on water then try drinking tea, either regular or green tea. It actually speeds up weight loss. If you have never worked out in your life then start off slow like taking a 15 minute walk and then increase 15 minutes every 15 to 30 days. Switch it up if you can with some light running and swimming. Maybe by a light set of weights to do a work out at home while your watching your favorite television program.
My main point is start doing something, anything, start off slow and make clear goal when it comes to your weight loss. So if you are saying I want to lose weight, but do not know where to start, well now you have some ideas.


Keep in mind that, depending on how much you need to lose, you can lose the weight in the faction of a time it took to put it on.
